About John Rapp
Mr. Rapp has been recognized with honors by many legal organizations and by his peers for his litigation defense. He has been recognized by Best Lawyers since 2018 in the areas of Criminal Defense: General Practice, White-Collar Criminal Defense, and DUI/DWI Defense. In addition, he was selected as the Best Lawyers ‘Lawyer of the Year’ in DUI Defense in 2020. In 2021, he was again honored as Lawyer of the Year in Criminal Defense. He is consistently recognized by Super Lawyers and has also been recognized as a Wichita Business Journal 40 Under 40 recipient.
Mr. Rapp’s practice includes civil and criminal litigation. He is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the National College for DUI Defense, the Wichita Bar Association, the Kansas Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. He is licensed to practice in municipal, state and federal courts in Kansas as well as the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri.
